At Barbie's Luxury Vault, we want you to love your silhouette. We take pride in delivering premium boutique quality, and we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Because we work with specialized global fulfillment partners to bring you curated collections directly, our policy is designed to be hassle-free, fast, and fair.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (100% Covered)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong style/size/color, we will make it right immediately.

The Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a 100% full refund or ship out a brand-new replacement at absolutely zero cost to you.

Note: You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
2. Sizing Issues & Changing Your Mind (Our Luxury Fit Guarantee)
We want you to feel confident in your sets. If the item is perfectly fine but you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we offer a streamlined compromise to save you the expensive hassle of international return shipping:

The Boutique Option (Recommended): Reach out to us, and we will instantly offer you a 50% partial refund—and you get to keep the original item! You can gift it to a friend, donate it, or keep it as a backup. No shipping labels, no post office lines, no waiting.

The Standard Return Option: If you prefer a full refund, you can return the item to our local sorting facility (not back to our global fulfillment warehouse). Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Once received and inspected, a refund for the item amount will be processed to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Cancellations
Because our automated processing system sends your order straight to our global suppliers to ensure fast fulfillment, orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, the order cannot be canceled, but it is fully eligible for our standard return/refund options once it arrives.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimates, bodysuits, and opened activewear accessories cannot be returned once worn.
